Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups boiled and grinded bathuya


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds


  • 1/2 tsp redchilli powder


  • 100 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • Take whear flour
  • Add all spices.
  • Add boiled and grided bathuya
  • Knead tight dough using water.
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Noe maje small balls and roll like puri
  • Now dip fry un hot oil
  • Serve with achar, tea or sabji
